Compare fourteen base social actions and six shared-home activities. NPC restrictions and real-player menus differ. Relationship, needs, time, chance and Bae status help choose an action; an invitation can still be declined, and the other player may not be in the game.
Read the action’s gain and conditions together
Say Hello gives relationship +6 over 10 game minutes, with NPC range ending at 10. Gist gives relationship +7, Social +18, Fun +5 over 25 minutes. Check minimum/maximum relationship, romance and Bae-only conditions with the gains.
Choose conversation for the state you have
Crack Joke: base chance 0.55, gain +10, failure −5. Talk About Life: minimum relationship 25, gain +12, 40 minutes. Hang Out: minimum 30, 60 minutes with Social/Fun effects. An unavailable high-gain action is not an immediate option.
A listed chance is not the final probability
Chance = base + Charisma × 0.035 + applicable trait/reward bonuses + relationship/300 + mood/400, clamped to 0.05–0.98. An action with no base chance of its own uses 0.95. Flirt base 0.5, Charisma 2, relationship 30 and mood 0 gives 0.67; Sweet Mouth +0.15 gives 0.82, relevant Charmer +0.15 gives 0.97.
Keep NPC and real-player menus separate
NPCs use the base relationship and romance gates. Real-player generic menus exclude Ask for Small Money and Ask to Be Bae; Break Up is not a generic choice. A visit goes through only when the game, and the other player, allow it.
Distinguish the two Bae entry thresholds
NPC Ask to Be Bae requires relationship 65. The separate real-player entry starts at 40, provided the target is not already your Bae and the partner limit permits it. Kiss, Make Out and Break Up are Bae-only; Break Up lowers relationship by 30.
Compare the six shared-home activities
Shared activities: jollof +35 Hunger/+12 Social; Nollywood +22 Fun/+14 Social; sofa gist +30 Social/+6 Fun; dance +28 Fun/+10 Social/−6 Energy; Whot! +24 Fun/+16 Social; selfie +12 Fun/+10 Social. Bar caps and current activity availability still apply.
Plan the visit around an actual goal
Choose conversation, shared activity or a relationship request from the current menu. After the interaction, use the changed needs/relationship. The invitation, and any change to your character, happens only inside Lagos Life.

Listed relationship-point change · Numbered social action
Helpful and harmful relationship changes are separate. Each action takes a set number of game minutes and needs the relationship high enough to try it. NPC menus and player menus do not both offer all fourteen actions. Chance, a rejection, or your relationship can still stop an action.

Base social action definitions
NPC menus and real-player menus do not use the same conditions. The chance on an action is its base chance, not the final roll and not a promise.

Success chance
Start with the action's base chance (0.95 when no base is listed). Add Charisma ×0.035, applicable trait bonuses, Sweet Mouth +0.15, the romance Charmer bonus +0.15, relationship ÷300 and mood ÷400. Clamp the final chance to 5%–98%.
That chance is the base chance, not the final roll and not a promise.
Available menus
Real-player menus exclude borrowing and the NPC Ask Bae action. The separate real-player Bae entry requires relationship 40, no existing partnership and an available partner slot. NPC Ask Bae requires relationship 65; partner-only rules differ.
Current relationship, family state and server conditions are still required.

Frequently asked questions
Is 65 the requirement for every Bae request?
No. The NPC Bae request uses a relationship threshold of 65. The separate real-player entry uses 40 and also checks relationship and partner-limit conditions. These are different menus, so first identify whether you are interacting with an NPC or another player, then use the conditions shown for that specific action.
Does Flirt always have a 50% chance?
No. Flirt’s listed 0.5 is the base chance used for its social calculation. Other applicable modifiers change that value, and the final result is clamped. A listed chance does not promise success for the next attempt; review the current relationship and the menu you are using before planning a follow-up action.
Can every social row be used while visiting a player?
No. NPC interactions and real-player interactions use different action lists, and shared-home activities have a separate six-item set. An action that works on an NPC can be missing when you visit another player. Identify the target and setting, then use the action actually offered by your current game menu.
