Choose your home and wealth multiplier, separate the two-week advance from the fee, then compare the total with your current career level.
Open Phone → Houses, select a home and tap Move in. Compare all 15 homes by adjusted weekly rent, the move-in charge, starting cash and who can move in. Buying a rental property is a separate investment.
Base weekly rents are Mushin 2,400, Yaba 6,000 and Lekki 17,000; at multiplier 1, move totals are 7,200, 18,000 and 51,000. UNILAG Hall of Residence rents for 1,200 a week. You still need the right city and account access before you can move in.
Moving costs two effective rent weeks in advance plus one rent-equivalent agent/agreement fee. Mushin: 4,800 + 2,400 = 7,200. Only advance rent prepays 14 game days, not 21. Two-weeks-upfront and three-weeks-total describe the same Houses move operation.
Effective entry rent = base rent × current game-wealth price multiplier. At multiplier 10, Mushin rent becomes 24,000: 48,000 advance + 24,000 fee = 72,000. That multiplier changes what you pay to move in. Rent you collect later, and a property you buy, use their own prices.
Initial cash is Mushin 16,000, Yaba 36,000 and Lekki 104,000; moving does not grant it again. Ikoyi Duplex rents for 250,000 and Banana Island Mansion rents for 1,500,000. Both come with no starting cash, and you can choose them only when you move, not as a first home. Base-tier move totals are 750,000 and 4,500,000.
A Tech Intern is paid 9,900 per full shift over five scheduled days: 49,500 gross. Mushin's 7,200 target is below one listed shift; Lekki's 51,000 takes six if every Naira is retained. Active work counts 60 game minutes; its eight-hour schedule is separate. Reserve expenses and pay modifiers.
Rental-property seed prices are Mushin 26,000, Yaba 72,000 and Lekki 210,000; check the actual investment offer separately. LAPO adds 60,000 cash but creates 72,000 debt with 12,000 weekly dues. Spending borrowed money on a move does not remove repayment or shortfall penalties.

The purchase price is twelve weeks of rent times the property’s tier multiplier, then rounded to two significant digits. The horizontal scale is logarithmic, so a cheap home and an expensive one can sit closer than the naira gap. Another player’s asking price can differ, and Rentals has to be open on your account.
